We are looking for Chefs of all Grades, to work for a range of clients around the Portsmouth and surrounding areas.

• Sous Chef
• Head Chef

Varied work including Restaurants, Hotels, Events, Stadiums, Care Homes and much more.

Main Duties and Responsibilities as a Chef are dependent on the individual client needs.
Must have’s:

• Proof of qualifications (certification)
• Be able to prepare and present food to meet the required standard of the establishment.
• To ensure the work area is kept clean and tidy according to health and safety and food hygiene standards.

In order to be successful, you’ll need to have:

• Experience of the level of Chef required, working in a similar environment.
• Ability to follow instructions.
• High Standards of food hygiene.
